Combine a German language course with a day's skiing! Improve your German skills during the week before setting off for fun on the slopes at one of Austria's world famous ski resorts.

The course combines 20 morning group German lessons with a weekends skiing per week.

The German course comprises a 20 lesson per week morning course in a group at our Vienna language school.

At the weekend you then head for one of 3 fantastic ski resorts for ski lessons with a professional instructor.

Ski Resorts:

Hohe Wand-Wiese, Vienna

Did you know that Vienna is the only capital in the world that has seen a FIS World Cup Race within its city borders? The "Hohe Wand-Wiese", just half an hour by public transport from the city centre, allows you to put in a quick day's skiing or snowboarding whenever you feel like it.

Stuhleck/Semmering, Lower Austria

At an elevation of 700 - 1640 m, the World Cup resort Stuhleck/Semmering offer over 20 km of pistes for all levels of difficulty, 10 skiing lifts - among them Austria's longest chair lift - and a snowboarding fun park at just 1 ½ hours' train journey from Vienna. Duration: from December until February.

Ötscher, Lower Austria

19 km of beautifully prepared slopes, cross-country skiing tracks and a Snowpark for boarders await you in the skiing region Ötscher, situated just 150 km from the capital at an elevation of 810 - 1893 m.

All Levels are catered for. you may bring you own equipment or hire equipment on arrival at an additional cost. Ski pass not included in price.

Main Points:

German Course:  20 lessons of 55 minutes
Ski Course:  a weekend or a weeks skiing
Age:  Minimum Age 16
Class Size:  15 maximum
Duration:  Minimum 2 weeks
Material/Equipment:  Books provided. Cost of a lift pass, return train fare, and transfer from station to ski resort: approx. EUR 33,50;

Skis, boots and poles can be hired for EUR 19.20, snowboard and boots cost EUR 30,50.
