Sevile Spanish School has a range of accommodation options to suit all types of students with varying lifestyles and preferences. Passport Language recommends that you consider carefully the lifestyle you wish to lead during your stay in Seville and chose the accommodation type you know will best optimise your learning of the Spanish Language. Seville Spanish School carefully selects and regularly checks the accommodation offered. Be it homestay, shared flat, self-catering apartment or residences, a team is dedicated to making you feel welcome, at home. All Seville accommodation options are within walking distance of the school.
The options are as follows:
| Student Residences:: | This sociable accommodation option gives the student independence and allows them to mix with other multi-national students. The residence halls are conveniently located in the heart of the historical and commercial centre of Seville. Each residence is shared between six and fifteen students, is fully equipped and includes a kitchen, a large living room and all necessary equipment. Single and double rooms are available. Superior rooms with a private bathroom are available on request with a surcharge of 20%. |
| Spanish Family homestay:: | Living with a Spanish family is the perfect way to immerse in everyday Spanish life and tradition, and enjoy family atmosphere and meals. These families are selected on several criteria: location, quality of the lodging, furniture, equipment and food. Families are also selected on the basis of their hospitality and positive feedback they have received from students. You will be welcomed as a family member, given your own key , and the laundry and cleaning done for you once a week. Of course, you will have to respect some rules and schedules, especially for mealtimes. This accommodation type is available in half board (breakfast and lunch) or full board. Superior rooms with a private bathroom are available on request with a surcharge of 20%. |
| Own Apartment:: | This type of accommodation allows complete independence for one or two students. All apartments are located in the centre of the city and are fully furnished, equipped with a living room, bathroom, kitchen and one bedroom. |
| High Standared Apartments (in calle Santa Ana):: | Seville Spanish School can house you in some elegantly furnished and fully-equipped apartments in Seville’s centre. These accommodation apartments are in a historic mansion on a peaceful street about an 8 minute walk from Seville school. All apartments have a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living room. The building has been completely renovated and modernised, with an elevator installed. The apartments boast a blend of architectural elements from the original building (ceramic tiles, floor tiles, etc) with the contemporary, modern style. All apartments are bright, tastefully furnished and have air-conditioning, heating, TV, an oven and Wi-Fi (at a reasonable price). The roof terrace and patios offer a pleasant environment for relaxing and socialising outdoors if you wish. The Alameda de Hercules is a large promenade for outdoor leisure. It is a very fashionable area with many cafes, bars and restaurants. Many of the historic houses around the Alameda have been renovated and return to their previous splendor. There are two kinds of apartaments: 1 bedroom apartments (1-2 people) or 2 bedroom apartments (2-4 people). The Alameda is the Sevillian Soho, perfect for those who see life in a different way. |
