Passport Language recommends that you consider carefully the lifestyle you wish to lead during your stay in Galway and chose the accommodation type you know will best optimise your learning of the English Language. The options are as follows:

Homestay:

Galway English School offers homestay accommodation with carefully selected families that are friendly and welcoming. This type of accommodation is ideal situation for students who wish to experience Irish daily lifestyles and to practice the language in an informal atmosphere. You can practice your new English language skills over breakfast, dinner or whilst sharing time with your host family. All homestay families are located near to a bus route, each of which arrives at the city’s main square only a couple of minutes from the school.

Student Residences:

This type of accommodation is for students who wish more independence and the freedom to cater for themselves. Student Residences are a great opportunity to meet other students from all over the world and practice your English language skills together. All of the student residences are comfortable and fully furnished to meet students requirements. The accommodation price includes heat, electricity, cable TV, bed linen and towels. You will be sharing a bathroom with no more than 3 people. WiFi is available for FREE at the school.

Bed n Breakfast:

Galway English School can now offer accommodation in a brand new city centre hostel which is located just a stroll away from the school. This type of accommodation is ideal if you wish to combine learning the English language with a holiday. The bed n breakfast hostel accommodation is very affordable. The hostel offers 4-6 bed dormitories each with their own private bathroom and a complimentary continental breakfast is served every morning. You may also use a shared kitchen if you wish to cook meals together. There are many reasonably priced restaurants nearby for lunch and dinner also.
