Italian & Italian Culture

The Italian and Culture course offers 3 lessons of standard language course daily; guided tour to the city centre,

Siena's “Palazzo Pubblico” and Siena's graceful Gothic town hall; wine tasting: Tuscan reds, paired with regional Italian cheeses; culinary walking tour, to discover the city's best recipes, pastry shops, wine bars, etc.; guided visit of a “Contrada” (historical city district) and its museum;

An evening of hand-made pasta: in a large rustic kitchen, we will prepare fresh dishes such as hand-made “ravioli” and “tagliatelle”; Chianti Tour: guided visit to the Chianti wine country, with a stop at a wine-cellar for a wine tasting, sampling of local products and lunch.
