Our wide range of Sporting teams, Cubs and activities often a catalyst for English language learning as the student is integrated in a natural way and involved in a setting and activity they chose and enjoy. A fantastic way to learn.
We also have a student support team, who are available to aid our students relax into Canadian life. They understand the challenges of settling into another country. They will monitor and support all students with academic, social and homestay issues. This support team will help international students apply for private medical insurance and the British Columbia Medical Service Plan (MSP). There is a three-month waiting period before you can be covered by MSP so students are covered by private insurance (StudentGuard Insurance Company) whilst waiting for MSP. Parents are welcome to contact our support team to enquire about their child’s progress.
