Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) evaluates students’ abilities to use and understand English at a higher education level. A TOEFL score is required for students wishing to study at American universities, who wish to teach English abroad and are also  sought after by many international business organizations and employers. This English language ‘plus’ TOEFL course is only available to students of a upper-intermediate to advanced level of English competency.

International English Language Testing System (IELTS) qualification is required by most British, Australian, Canadian, Maltese and South African universities, and in some cases, American academic institutions. IELTS is often required by professional bodies and is needed for immigration to Canada and Australia. The English language ‘plus’ IELTS course is only available to students of an intermediate to advanced level of English.
